I watched all of the weight loss videos on Instagram. It turns out that they were fabricated to convince the public that Oprah Winfrey used the product and lost all of her weight due to the product. I ordered the product and then checked the credibility of the product. I immediately (within 2 minutes) requested to cancel the order. I was told that I was not able to cancel the order as it was already in process. I was offered several discounts to keep the product rather than wait to return the product for a refund. I insisted that I wanted a refund. I received the product. There was no return address on the box and no invoice or return instructions. I have been requesting a refund through the vendor as well as Cart Panda, and I have been getting responses only from Cart Panda. The vendor has never responded with return and refund instructions. It has been over a month. The money was taken from my Paypal account. I reported it to Paypal and was directed to deal directly with the vendor. I am convinced that the vendor is fraudulent and scamming the public to collect money.
