I purchased an order on Ujersey and today I got a notification from the USPS that the package was seized due to counterfeit postage. I reached out to the customer service email to ask them what was going on and if I was going to get a refund and they haven't answered me. I looked online and I saw that a lot of people had similar experiences so I'm fairly certain that this is a scam. But they took my money and I'm not getting a package that I paid for. It's also concerning because they have a legitimate social media account on tiktok which was how I came upon it and it still active even though this is very clearly a scam business.
