On June 5,2025, i ordered clothing form an online site Modily (Debit Card Debit VMCLOTHFASHIONMALLS568-678-0825 CA ) for $39.48. Twice tracking said it was delivered and twice it was not, the last being 7/25. Asked for a refund. On 7/26 "they offered me 70%. Replied that it was not acceptable. That same day they replied saying they applied for 100% refund to my original payment, The payment will be processed today. Typically, refunds take 15-25 working days, depending on the bank's processing speed. You might be concerned about the waiting time but rest assured you will eventually receive it" Sent several emails after Aug 26 asking for the refund ( last being yesterday) and always get the same generated email back, chicfluenc250605015456413 Y Let me explain the refund process, Refunds take 15-25 to process and arrive in your account, However , it might take longer due to our bank or card issuer's processing time. Our payment processor is also experience delays to to high transaction volume. Rest assured were actively working with out payment processors to expedite the refund wherever possible. I have sent all correspondence to the Attorney General's office in Boston, and awaiting their reply
