Have received 3 texts from 69534 claiming to be from Harris&Harris Debt Collector on behalf of the PA Turnpike. I have no balance on my EZ Pass/Turnpike account and have auto refill turned on, have never had an issue. Messages read: #1: "You will receive messages from Harris&Harris Debt Collector. # of messages varies. T&C: https://hhcollect.co/Harris STOP to stop Msg&DataRatesMayApply" #2: "NAME, Harris&Harris-collects for PA Turnpike. Balance $59.52 To Pay: https://hhcollect.co/J3h3wT or call 833-480-8973 Reply STOP to stop" #3 same as #2 but sent 8 days later
