I purchased a crew neck sweatshirt through an Instagram or Facebook ad. I received the item and the lettering was illegible and horrible quality. It looked nothing like the photos pictured on their website. I realized that they use AI photos and photos stolen from other retailers. They claim to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but they refused to give me my money back. Coming from China.
