Nook wear runs ads on tiktok and you think that you are purchasing threw tik Tok and you are not, you purchase from them, I ordered from them I never received my first package they said they would resend it within 14 days my initial order day was August the 4th here it is almost October I never received the second package I would never tell me who the courier was but it went through CS logistics and another tracking service.. CS logistics says it's still in route the other tracking service says it was delivered on the 22nd. And then emailed them and told them that I felt like they had scammed me they showed me that they really ripped over the company and that they talked to her up soon because it's stated it was delivered they could only return 70% of my money which I don't expect to see but will update later if that happened, they made every excuse in the book that maybe it was loved and the front office or in your room it was supposed to be delivered to my home address and it never came the first time or the second time they will not provide you with courier information of any kind of confirmation that you received your packages. And I don't have a mail room or a front room in my home and I am here 5 days a week 24 hours a day then they said check with the neighbors so I did that and none of the cameras on any of the five neighbors houses that are around me show anyone dropping anything off but Amazon and they didn't use Amazon molded the United States postal service say that that tracking number was anyway affiliated with them. They are easy to talk to make people feel secure and believe they are ordering through them until they push the button and go to tiktok look at your orders and it's not there you have to go directly to Nook to see your order information and that's in an email . On all their advertisements on tiktok they have the comments turned off. I have all my email saved from them I have the screenshots from the company that says it is delivered and the company that says as of today they still have it it's not about the money it's about the principal that they are ripping people off and using tik tock to do it, they are promoting hey dude shoes at a discount price and making you believe your purchases will be secure through tiktok and they are not. This all started for me August the 4th 20 25 and here we are almost in October they are a scam
