Description
You order the product off Facebook or Instagram. I believe I ordered from a Facebook ad that took me to their website. They target parents of children with ADHD. It's a powder mix for water that is supposed to help with the after affects of ADHD medication. They initially charged me twice for the product. I didn't notice this until a month later when I realized I never received the product, so I thought maybe the payment didn't go through. When I checked my bank statement, I noticed that they had actually charged me twice and I still had not received the product. When I looked up their information to contact them, I noticed there was no phone number given, only an email address attached to their website. I reached out via email and they did agree to refund one of the charges and then ship me the product. After over another week later, I still had not received the product, only a notice from my post office that they had a package addressed to me from a personal name (not Boostiva) and that I needed to pay $13 in additional shipping costs to claim my package. I then sent a picture of this to the email address and asked if this was my package. They did not respond in a timely manner, but when they did finally respond, they told me to pay the postage due, take a picture of the amount that I paid and then they would credit me back that money. When I went back to the post office to do so, the 15 days that they hold these types of packages had already expired, so they shipped it back to the seller. When I emailed this information to Boostiva, they offered to re-send the package or to refund my money. This had already been an exhausting and lengthy ordeal, so I opted for the refund. They then told me that they can only offer 40% of the amount I paid and that is all they can do. No where on their website under the refund policy does it say you will only receive a partial credit. Not only did I never receive the product, but they are keeping 60% of the money I paid for the product. There is no address listed for this company, only the city and state are listed on my bank statement of where the funds are being taken from...
