Description
I'm not sure if this is a scam, or just a mistake. I recently applied for a car loan and received it through the dealership. (a different bank). I got this letter in mail from Capital One saying an update was made on their policy for insufficient funds, and they would withdraw again in a second attempt, and if that doesn't work, schedule a new payment to resolve this issue. I don't have an account with them for a car loan or anything else. I've never had any dealings with them at all!! So as of now, I'm ignoring this, but may give them a call in the near future.
