Description
I bought jeans for my daughter and never received them . I did a notification from Fed X with a picture to the wrong house. I called Fed X and they said that package was not mine . I reached out to Sovari and they responded back quickly and said I would be issued a refund. I thought because of there quick reply I could trust them and ordered again . My mistake because they did it again. I don’t know how there able to send me someone else’s tracking number but they did it twice.
