Description
A William Larson texted me for a Housewarming party he needed catering for. I actually spoke with this individual once over the phone. This has never happened, they never pick up phones. He seemed to be attempting to hide his indian accent. I am fairly certain this ethnicity wouldn’t have the name William Larson. I spent a lot of my personal time creating a menu, hired staff for October 19th, 2025. I was provided an adress which is a real adress locally. When I looked up the adress google maps had a picture of the home with a for sale sign out front. I am assuming these individuals find houses for sale, here locally and use that adress for their scheme. Once I sent a credit card link for the deposit, he then said he was out of town and needed help with the band he hired. He wanted me to pay the band, with cash ( the band apparently did not accept credit cards or checks) and stated he would reimburse me & tip extra. I of course recognized this speil and did not comply. Why would I pay him money I was attempting to collect money from him for his deposit to confirm and book his event.
