I placed an order with Apparenth.com on September 24, 2025, for La Di Da for Him 3.4 Fl Oz (Order No. 23616M191703) and was charged $29.98. After payment, the company provided a tracking number that does not work with any recognized carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, An Post, etc.). I contacted them and requested valid tracking. Instead, they repeatedly sent me identical emails with the same invalid tracking number. In one email, they claimed the shipment was already processed in Tuam, H54, Ireland. In another, they claimed the order was still “preparing to be sent out.” These contradictory updates make it clear the product was never shipped. Despite multiple requests for valid tracking or proof of delivery, the company has failed to provide either. Resolution Sought: I am requesting a refund of $29.98 for the undelivered product. Additionally, I want the BBB to be aware of Apparenth.com’s business practices so that other consumers are not misled.
