An email was received stating they were reaching out to me regarding my job application for a remote data entry clerk. It said if I was still interested in the position to respond to the email with my resume. I responded with my resume and in just over an hour I received another email complementing my experience and qualifications. Again, they asked me to reply if I was interested in exploring the opportunity further and I said yes. They gave me the company's website, https://www.xablecath.com to look it over. The next email received was the test site https://xablecath.careers/assessment and then the employee form https://forms.office.com/r/BY2435mkPJ . I completed both the assessment and the form. The next morning I received an email stating that they are offering me the job and that due to the urgency of needing to fill the position they had to expedite the process. They attached the terms and conditions and said if I accept the offer to sign and send it back to them through email. I went through the offer and it did not mention the portable desk, laptop and scanner that was mentioned in a previous email. It did mention that I would need to acquire a license for the software that was needed for the job. I responded to the email asking about the desk, laptop and scanner and I asked why the software wouldn't me already on the laptop they are to send. Shortly after the email was sent I received a Delivery Notification Failure with a bogus email using my name as a google.com.hk address. I am thankful I looked into this further. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
