VPS Pre Litigation is NOT a real company. These people are SCAMMERS, LYING CON ARTISTS. The company is ran by Jahaan Abdul McDuffie his wife Amber Lolita Russell McDuffie, Ketrennia Javet Anthony her husband Corey Jackson are the criminal masterminds. Jahaan is no stranger to criminal activity (google him/look him up). Neither is his wife Amber. Amber McDuffie uses a fake name Amber Smith she’s a realtor at Keller Williams and supposedly a Gwinnett County Public Schools Assistant Principal. She has no business around anyone’s kids! Ketrennia uses Brittany Span as her alias. Not only are they liars but I heard they cheat their employees too. They aren’t HR trained they are frauds posing as business people. They make them take unpaid 15 minute breaks and a 1 hour unpaid break on a 9-5 schedule, but they don’t tell them in the beginning that they’ll only get 31 or 32 hours not 40. No real job does that. My sis wouldn’t have taken it because she knows how much she needs to make. They won’t allow you to have your phone so you’re committing to most of your time being theirs but not even getting a full 8 hour pay day. It’s not worth it. People keep quitting to get a real job and make the 40 hours they can’t get there, or they quit because they train them to be immoral, unethical and evil. And they pay employees a percentage “bonus” from the money they get from the people they steal from. They have 2 addresses in Georgia that they run their cons from. And use a WY address on their website. They had an interview with my sis under a company called Meridian Financial Solutions, LLC that was only registered in GA 2020-2021. But they have them saying the company is VPS when they call people to scam them out of hundreds of thousand of dollars. And the company they get paid by is another company. Probably none of these companies are registered with the IRS. They claim the statute of limitations reset when your 20 year old debt is sold. That’s a lie! It’s easy to research that it’s not true. But most of the people they’re scamming don’t look into them because they claim to be harassing people at the request of lawyers. THEY HAVE NO LAWYERS! Scaring people into thinking they’ll lose their house, driver’s license, bank accounts will be frozen all due to a 20-25 year old debt that’s not even on their credit reports anymore. Why because of the statue of limitations! How could anyone work for them is beyond me. They scam old people, disabled people threatening that their ssi will be inaccessible in a frozen bank account if they don’t pay them. It’s WILD! How can anyone stress someone in their 80’s or 90’s like that? They must not love their own grand parents to not have respect for anyone else’s. They’re all black and that makes it worse. Why live up to the expectations of people that say black people are evil monsters? Not all are but these people are. They must not believe karma is real. They’re gonna see though. What goes around really does come back to you/on you.
