I ordered a stained glass window catcher for $57.41 and a quilted table runner for $61.49. I got a message on my phone that Fedex tried to deliver my products but I wasn't home the day they tried. Which wasn't true and they were requesting I pay a storage fee and a new delivery fee. My atm card didn't clear their scheme and I didn't try it again. Two days later there were three fraud charges on my bank account the fraud dept from my bank notified me about. They stopped my card and didn't pay for those charges and were going to investigate. I had to file for a new atm card. One charge was from Poland!! I was thinking this had to do with my atm card getting hacked. So I looked up Cozzyhomes complaints and found there were a multitude of complaints from this company, either not delivering the items people had ordered or of lesser quality. I called the bank back the next day and told them what I had found out on Cozzy homes and asked them to get my money back since I hadn't ever received my packages. Two days later the table runner appeared but was delivered by a black prius with a Chinese man driving and he couldn't speak any English and when my husband asked him what he was doing he pointed to his gps. Weird. NOT Fedex. On the way back into the house he found the package. I opened it but was confused on the packaging. It says Uniuni Bay on it also from: Jerry (001)-Yasfbara Contact: 1 5215 S Boyle Ave. Vernon, CA 90058. The suncatcher was delivered to my dtr in Idaho and isn't even glass it is heavy plastic and not stained glass. The table runner is two pieces of cloth sewn together with a stitch running around it. NOT a quilted table runner like advertised. I know I will probably never get the money returned but I will be checking with BBB and other site advisers on websites I order from anymore. I just find it really strange that I received the packages two days after the fraud dept from my bank denied my card and I ordered a new one. Someone should do a sting and get these people taken out of our country. No telling how many people they have committed fraud with. I found they have 4 different addresses they use from the scammer sites I looked into on them. Thanks for your looking into yet another complaint from Cozzy Homes.
