Description
I received an email regarding a student loan freeze. I called the number given. I did not give any information out. They tried a couple of times to get me to say I had a student loan, "Do you have a student loan?" When I immediately asked who it was and what entity it was, the person hung up. The person writing the email used the name Hailee Wiley.
