I have received multiple times a form stating 2025 BENEFIT INFORMATION FOR MICHIGAN RESIDENTS wanting my personal information. It comes from DISTRIBUTION PROCESSING CENTER P.O. Box 689 Marietta,GA 30061-0689 as well as my father who's 80. I think this is terrible how different people/organizations try and scam people. So sad. Thank you.
