I placed three orders with “Sweet Southern Bamboo Co” and they were listed as preorders. Originally were supposed to be delivered in April, but the owner kept saying there were manufacturer issues, holiday delays, switching manufacturers, etc. They were supposed to finally be to her around Memorial Day, then around that same time she said she was just refunding everyone and they can order the items when they come in to her. Then she stated she had started refunding everyone and they should see it shortly. I never saw my refunds, she kept saying it was processed but never provided proof. I can no longer access the website I ordered from to see the order or file anything with my bank because it’s been so long. She won’t respond to emails or anything.
