Description
On August 21st, I purchased 7 toddler cardigan sweaters on Shein for $112.90. On August 29th, I received a notification from Shein that my package was delivered. I never received the package, so I went to UPS.com and entered the tracking number that was listed for my order on Shein. The shipment details said the package was 39lbs, and the delivery photo showed a grill that was delivered to someone's porch. Clearly not my order. I reached out to Shein to report the issue, and they refused to reimburse me because the package said "delivered". I then checked reviews for the seller (BRIDGEX) and saw that other buyers experienced the same issue and were unable to get a refund. I began to do research and learned that scammers are stealing used tracking numbers for the same zip code as yours, so it appears that your package was delivered, and to avoid being held responsible when the buyer reports not receiving the package. Also, I always receive an email from UPS whenever a package is coming to me or my address, and they are also listed on my UPS account, but I never received any notifications from UPS about this package and it is not listed on my account, which further proves that a package was never sent. They stole my money and gave Shein a fake tracking number for my order.
