I placed an order with Goda on August 5th and also paid for express shipping. As stated by their website order processing takes 1 business day for express shipments + 2-5 days for delivery. However, the shipping information is conflicting paragraph by paragraph At the time I purchased there was an email sent indicating that they were delayed by a week. That being said at latest, my product should’ve arrived by August 18th. My product wasn’t delivered until August 30th. In between I sent 4 emails all of which went unresponded to. I also reached out via their instagram page. I paid for express delivery and did not receive express delivery. On September 1st I requested a return authorization. Outside of the non-existent customer service this is where my main complaint lies. I now keep getting BOMBARDED with messages about how my product was delivered. I’ve asked 3 separate times (Sept 8, 11, 14th) for the return authorization (which they make you do in order to return a product). They have responded that they’ll issue the authorization, they’d escalate the issue, they’ll make sure it’s done by the end of the day, etc. Neither of which has happened. I’ve sent several emails in between following up and they keep responding that my order was delivered. I’m calling my bank to get my money back because it’ll never get done with Goda or their fraudulent holding company in Malaysia or LLC city in Wyoming. I firmly believe they would drag this out past the 30 day return time and then deny the authorization. The company listed on their website UMAEZ LLC out of Casper, WY does have complete trademark filing information documented as of this year. However, AIE Commerce Sdn Bhd out of Malaysia does as of 2024. It’s unclear who the customer is doing business with. The distribution center is out of City of Industry, CA. Which leads me to believe product is being shipped from Malaysia to the west coast of the US. Then distributed out.
