I saw this add on instagram for a vibration plate- the website stated that if I bought one on that day that I would receive 4 free gifts (I never got these gifts and if you look at other reviews of this company you’ll see other people didn’t receive these gifts either). I also bought the ‘lifetime warranty’ that apparently only works if you live in China- I wasn’t told this on the website, it was written on this piece of paper that was suppose to be the warranty card. I also received a model of the machine that is very outdated compared to the website one that I placed an order for. The bottom of the outdated machine I received says “upgraded version” when surely it is not. Lastly, their website says I have 60 days money back guaranteed, but I’ve been emailing back and forth with them for weeks- they’re saying that’s not doable and even a return in general is not doable. They are only offering me 15% back as a gesture of “good faith”. This company is a total scam with MANY false promises and false advertising schemes.
