I was scrolling on Facebook came across and ad for Lane Bryant closing and they had pictures of what was on sale. Said it was a minimum of $35 that I needed to spend so I picked some items and waited and waited to have them delivered then they apologized for the delay and said via email that upon receipt of my items they would allow me a discount for having to wait as long as I did. It a full month when they said the items were delivered supposedly 9/16/25 at 11:57 AM, I immediately went to the logistics company that was delivering at first, I would be able to file a claim then it was we are just the package tracking platform, they neither goods transportation business nor goods sales business. They only provide logistics track query. Track718 is the company that [provided the tracking information. It was supposedly sent from Liuchen, China. They requested I file a dispute with my banking institution. Welp I'm out of my money until the bank reimburses me.
