Needed locksmith services to replace lost car fob. The tech came promtly later the same day as the call. He sold me an off market replacement fob for $350 which appeard to work. But the next day I realized that the fob did not have full functionality , it does not work by proximity. In other words if I have an arm full of stuff I have to dig out the fob and press it to open the car door. The tech, Maison has been promising to replace the fob but has not done so after 3 weeks with multiple phone calls and texts. In addition that first day I asked if he had a contractor pass for my community he said he did but then I was charged the $30. entrance fee.
