I received 3 bills from PerYouHealth for hospital labwork done in November and December 2024. The most recent bill was a "final request". Each bill contains actual treatment details, with largely accurate dates and amounts. I currently have a payment plan directly with the Hospital in good standing for these same charges that PerYourHealth is attempting to collect. The phone reps in the Philippines present themselves as third party service providers for the hospital. While initially I did confirm my name, address and DOB, thinking they were legitimate, they requested my insurance number, saying they "need it", which I refused to give them. I have spoken to the hospital's social worker, Patient Financial Services, Central Billing, the originating department and the department that conducted the labwork. ALL of these hospital departments told me that they do NOT know or use PerYourHealth, and advised me to continue to pay the hospital directly. I have sent PerYourHealth 3 emails showing proof of my payment plan. I have received no reply. My documentation is not shown in the PerYourHealth system, as stated by their phone reps. Further, the phone reps insist they are legitimate. Other than trying to collect money, PerYourHealth is attempting to obtain insurance numbers.
