Description

Ordered 2 dresses for daughter's homecoming dance, total of $86.39. 2 completely different, ugly dresses of VERY low quality were received through Postlink (South Africa??) and GOFO delivery services. I emailed the address shown in the Returns section and the reply shown below. I responded that I will not ship to China and they need to figure out a way for me to return in the US. I again requested a full refund. I made the purchase with American Express and will definitely be disputing this charge. The charge in my AmEx account shows up as SP BROSPHONEPARTS, 1985 RAMBLING DR SOUTH, WEST UNIT 3018, ATLANTA GA 30315-5958 Dear Customer We deeply apologize that the order failed to meet your expectations. In response to your problematic request, we would like to offer the following two options for you to choose from to resolve the current problem you are experiencing with your order: 1) First, you can try on your order. If the order feels fit, we recommend that you keep the package you received and you will receive a 30% refund of the total order amount. 2) If you still insist on a return, we can also provide a return address: Due to the end of the return warehouse lease in the US, we are in the process of finding a suitable warehouse to continue receiving returns. In processing your return, we realize that you will need a pre-paid label in order to return the merchandise. However, we regret to inform you that due to current logistical arrangements, we are unable to provide you with a prepaid label service directly at this time. This is due to some complexities and limitations of international shipping services. Our logistics partners have not yet established the service, which makes it difficult for us to provide you with the required prepaid labels directly. Nevertheless, we take your return needs very seriously and want to provide you with the best possible solution. If you prefer, you can arrange your own logistics and we will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned item and refund you the cost of postage. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. The following is the return address for Chinese suppliers: No. 9299, 8th Floor, Licheng Cross-border E-commerce Digital Industrial Park, Xitianwei Town, Licheng District, Putian City, Fujian Province, China Attn: Mr. GO Tel: +86 186 5945 8168 Postal Code: 351100 Please provide the tracking number of the returned item (very important) and the URL of the corresponding logistics company after returning the item. If this is your first time using the international return process, we recommend that you visit your local post office, who will provide expertise to assist you with your return. Please let us know your preference and we will take care of the matter immediately. We are committed to providing high quality products and services and apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to provide you with assistance and a satisfactory solution. Thank you again for your support and understanding. Best regards, Customer Service Team
