Description
I purchased an ISU jersey from this company on 8/25/25. It was due to be delivered on 9/5/25. I was sent a tracking number, to track its progress. I waited a couple of days and checked it, as recommended. It did not work. I checked it again on 9/5, it still did not work. On 9/7 I started to email the company. I would get back various answers such as we are not in charge of the shipping, we are really busy, etc. initially, they were very vague. But, none of the responses could tell me where my jersey was. Finally, I mentioned the BBB. Then they seemed to get a a little more inquisitive. They begged for my patience. They sent me a new tracking number and assured me that it has been shipped… I told them that they had until Friday to find my jersey. Most recently they sent an email with a shipment tracking site, but when you click on the site you have to accept the cookies. There is no option to not accept the cookies. There is an explanation of the cookies, that states that the tracking is permanent. I have not clicked on that. I will attempt to attach the images and emails I have received. The process will not allow me to add more than one photo. If you email me, I can send you the email threads.
