I placed an order for a necklace and earrings from Lara Green Handcrafted Jewelry. When I started checking into when I should receive my product, I found out it had already been delivered. I conversed back and forth via e-mail with the company. Continually they told me to check with my local Post Office, they sent me proof of delivery, I saw it was not my mailbox, but one down the street. I brought my proof of delivery paperwork to my local Post Office where I was told they had nothing to do with that delivery as it was delivered by SpeedX. SpeedX is in no way shape or form connected to the United States Postal Service and had no business leaving anything in any mailbox. I got in touch with the person who's mailbox the package was supposedly delivered to, she was out of town at the time the package was supposed to have been put in her mailbox. She does not have my package. I tried to file a claim on line with SpeedX, they told me I could not file a claim, the originator of the shipment had to file a claim for my loss. I contacted Lara Green again by e-mail and was again told to take it up with the Post Office. Every e-mail back from Lara Green was telling me to do all the footwork myself to find the package that they shipped. I don't think they have any intention of refunding or replacing my order. I will also go back to the Post Office with the proof of delivery pictures, they may want to file Federal charges agains SpeedX. I'm just so upset over this, I don't have much money and this was the beginning of my Christmas shopping for the grandchildren...uugghh
