Description

I am filing a complaint regarding a purchase I made through a website, veedeoo.com, which I found on Pinterest. I ordered a backdrop in preparation for a graduation party. After placing the order, I received a confirmation number and, a few days later, a tracking number from a third-party site called 17TRACK. While the 17TRACK system showed updates, I was never provided with a valid USPS or UPS tracking number. According to 17TRACK, my package was marked as “delivered” on May 26, 2025, at 5:44 PM. As of today, September 15, 2025, I have not received the order. I attempted to resolve this issue multiple times by emailing the company through their listed customer service (customerveedeoo.com). Despite these efforts, I have not received the product or a refund. In addition, the company does not allow customers to leave reviews on its website, which prevents transparency for other consumers. I am requesting the BBB’s assistance in obtaining a full refund for my purchase. Desired Resolution: Immediate refund of the full purchase amount.
