Ordered handwriting books in July from an ad on Instagram and paid 35 with shipping. Arrived and was very poor quality. The charge came up on July 28 and I decided to keep the set. On August 26, I was again charged (29.99). I did not place a second order and it was done in the middle of the night using Apple Pay. I am trying to get the money back,
