I paid $395.24 for 4 tickets for my kids and myself since April 2025, I received an email saying the tickets were ready since April 2025, I did not check since the event was in August 30. Until in July 23, I checked the link that was sent to me to accept the tickets but the link showed that MY SUPPOSED TICKETS WERE ACCEPTED BY ANOTHER EMAIL ADDRESS. I called and complained with STUBHUB and suggested that I contact them again since the event is NOT until August 30. I called again in August 4, asking for refund since I am still UNABLE TO SEE OR RECEIVE MY TICKETS, They made me wait until the EVENT DAY August 30 of 5:47pm (the event is at 7pm, we are 30-45 mins away from the event, we could not attend since there were NO TICKETS GIVEN TO ME), the LINK THEY KEPT SENDING ME STILL SHOWS NO TICKETS, I called the customer service rep and on the event day, I have been asking them to find my tickets and send them to me, they were guiding me with the link while I was on the phone with them, and STILL NO RESOLUTION AND NO TICKETS, until the customer service rep told me that I HAVE AN OPTION to REFUND or REPLACE the tickets since I am covered by their Fan coverage insurance, SO I TRUSTED STUBHUB that I will be waiting for my refund since I selected it since its too late to attend the event at that time and yet STILL NO TICKETS WERE GIVEN TO ME. The Customer rep told me in August 30 that I will have nothing to worry about and does not need to do anything else since my refund will be issued/processed within 8 days, it have been 14 days since the FAILED TICKET DELIVERY, and I contacted them in Sep 14 asking for follow up on my refund, until I was Told that I will NOT BE GETTING MY MONEY BACK since the supposed ticket seller told them that the tickets were sent to me and my email since JUNE 11, 2025. StubHub inconsistencies with their stories/lies: 1. Email from stubhub was sent to me in April 2025 informing me that my tickets were available and transferred to me sine April 2025, and yet the email in Sep 14 from Customer rep stating that the seller sent me the tickers since JUNE 11,2025. 2. I called stubhub in July 23, 2025, if the tickets were sent to me in June 11, 2025, then why I did not receive those tickets with the link they provided. I was then informed again to contact them after a week to check the tickets again. 3. Called STUBHUB in August 4, asking for REFUND AND CANCELLATION OF MY TICKETS since the link still showed that my tickets were claimed by another email address, which I DONT HAVE ANY OTHER EMAIL ADDRESS LINKED TO STUBHUB and/or TICKETMASTER, STUBHUB also confirmed that per the Seller, the email they have is my ONLY EMAIL [email protected], but the tickets were never sent to me. 4. They called TICKETMASTER per the CUSTOMER SERVICE rep and their investigatio team and they claimed that Ticketmaster confirmed I received the tickets, my TICKETMASTER ACCOUNT DOES NOT SHOW ANY EVENTS OR TICKET RECORDS for AUGUST 2025 NOTHING EVEN SHOWS for 2025 AT ALL. I called ticketmaster in August 30, they told me there were no tickets for me for that event. All the customer service rep I spoke to had NOT EVEN TRIED TO HELP ME get my REFUND BACK. All what they keep saying is that “I DONT QUALIFY for refund since the seller sent me the tickets” sent is different from receiving the actual tickets. Yes, the link for the tickets were sent, but the link itself DID NOT HAVE THE ACTUAL TICKETS I NEEDED FOR THE EVENT. My receipt from STUBHUB until NOW Sep 14, 2025, DID NOT EVEN SHOW SEAT NUMBERS, because if the tickets were LIGITIMATELY ISSUED AND DELIVERED TO ME, I SHOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED of our Seat numbers, but until then, the supposed receipt did not even show SEAT NUMBERS, so I am DEFINITELY CONVINCED THAT THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD AND TAKING MONEY FROM THE CONSUMERS ILLEGALLY, and they ALLOW FRAUDULENT SELLERS TO TAKE THE MONEY OF THE CONSUMERS. Please help with this complaint, as I believe I am NOT A SOLE VICTIM OF THIS SCAM AND FRAUD. I sent STUBHUB customer service reps the screen shot photos of the link and the ticketmaster account that shows NO TICKETS WERE EVER SENT TO ME UNTIL AUGUST 30, 2025. I sent those and still claimed that I received them. I am very frustrated that I am not getting any help from these people and no refund is being given to me.
