An email advertised stained glass owl lamp. I ordered one, then the screen jumped to check out, and they placed an order for a second one at a discounted price. I sent them an email that I did not wish to order a second one, and would they please remove it and credit it off my credit card. They did not do that, and sent me two of the owl "lamps" anyway. When they arrived they were nothing whatsoever like the pictures on their site. They were not stained glass, but a resin material with a cord . Also the picture looked to be about 12-18 inches tall, but what I received was approx. 6-8 inches tall. The email they listed was [email protected]. They give an extensive return policy, which makes you send information about why you are returning the item first, then they will decide whether or not you can return it. This appears to be a total scam.
