My story contains all the information reported by other reports. I was initially drawn-in by the same 'fake' IA produced podcast with Oprah and Dr. Anita. It used pressure tactics about the limited availability of the product. The lead-in was that you could lose massive weight for almost no money with four ingredients that were probably already in your kitchen. You couldn't speed through the video and there were red flags that I overlooked during the video, like little glitches or conversation that didn't seem to keep up with the lips on Oprah or Dr. Ania. However, we all walked straight into the trap. I attempted to CANCEL the order on the same day but the email addresses (3) were all invalid. I made a phone call to cancel but, of course, they couldn't intercept the order before it was shipped. I received the package and never even opened it. I called Customer Service and they immediately offered me a 60% discount if I would try it and I could keep it even if it didn't give me any help. I said that I would wait for the 60% refund before opening the box, but it never came. I called back to get a return authorization number for a return. The RMA was my order number. Part of that conversation was the guy rambling off in a foreign language. I couldn't tell if he thought he was talking to me, so I asked him to please speak ENGLISH. "oh, sorry". I could have taken the unopened box back to the post office but I wouldn't know when it was sent back and couldn't track it. I overboxed it, prepared a label on the USPS website and dropped it off at the post office. When it is received in Largo, Florida, I will begin pursuing a full refund. Lord willing, that will happen but I know I will need to be VERY patient and make a big noise to their customer service department, wherever that is. I even re-watched the podcast and found that a totally different product name was being used with the same stage performance, using Oprah and Dr. Ania. This time, the product was called BURN PEAK. When you call Customer Service, they always ask what product you are calling about. There must be a lot of names. Interestingly enough, several companies, including Walmart, sell Lipomax for about $15 a bottle. There are several vendors who do at various prices. I wish I had done the work to look this up on BBB before I invested $ 760.87. I have not paid my credit card yet in hopes that a refund will. God bless all of you.
