Description
One page mailer arrived at home address , with a case number, claiming to "reserve the right to revoke allocated waiver". Used correct name of mortgage lender, which is now no longer in business anyway. Provided what looks like a check for $199.00 at bottom of letter, but it was also labeled "this not a check". No company name given except closed mortgage lender, who did not appear to be involved. Claimed it was urgent to call within seven days.
