Got a call claiming to be from Chase, saying someone named Jessica White was trying to withdraw stuff from my account via Zelle. They gave me cancellation codes and claimed this Jessica White was going to receive a visit from the authorities, which... yeah, that was a red flag. I also just thought to Google this because all of my fraud alerts usually come in via text. So, while the guy was about to ask me if I had gone on any unsecured Wi-Fi recently, I just hung up, googled the info, and called Chase. I found another account of this on BBB so I figured it was all BS. I still don't know what exactly they got out of this.
