Description

TwinklingTree website advertises and markets the product but it is not the same as what is recieved. What is received looks like it came from a Dollar Store. Cheap grass, small plastic pot, totally cheap fake plant. FALSE ADVERTISING. YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDER. THE PICTURES DO NOT REPRESENT THE ACTUAL PRODUCT. They have a return policy but it requires you to send the product at your expense to Australia. UPS quoted me 400.00 USD and USPS quoted 140.00 USD to return. The actual product cost was ****** so as you can see the price to ship to Australia far outweighs the refund you would get for returning the product. I believe this is set up purposely and in a predatory manner in order to make returning the falsely advertised product easily for a full refund. It makes it completely impossible as you would spend twice the amount to return. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BANNED FOR SELLING ITEMS NOT AS ADVERTISED!
