This complaint is against a product for LipoMax due to fraudulent and misleading business practices. I purchased weight loss drops from the company CartPanda for $313.85 on the evening of 9/11 @ 9:59pm., with the understanding that it was promoted by Oprah Winfrey and Dr Jastreboff. I have now discovered that the "podcast" I viewed is fraudulent that featured Oprah Winfrey and Dr. Ania Jastreboff. This podcast was artificially created using AI from an original recording and falsely presented them as endorsing LipoMax. After realizing the hoax, this morning 9/12 @ 8:23am, I contacted customer service. The only contact was email: [email protected]. They responded at 9:13am to say that the order has already shipped, and could not be cancelled. My credit card indicates the company CartPanda, but the comfirmation email is from 4U Nature. After researching online, I found out CartPanda is a platform that allows companies to sell physical and digital products worldwide. 4U is the laboratory selling the product. I am requesting that BBB take action against both companies and would like a full refund. Returning the priduct is not an option because I am also reading that the company is charging $100 for returns. THank you for your assistance
