My supervisor was Luis Williams and his email is [email protected] and he was the one who has asked me to complete a W-4 which I gave my SSN and he also told me to go to this website for my work and put my banking information as account number and routing number. The company's website is www.packagespeedway.com Luis Williams had me buy a shipping label printer, sheets and tape and I provided them with a receipt for reimbursement that I am supposed to get my salary scheduled on October 08, 2025 along with they gave $60 bonus for 2 packages I have sent each package which I never got. I started on September 8 and September 9 for the 2 packages that I printed the shipping label they have provided me after taking a photo of the package I received and I went to UPS Access Point to drop off the package and got a receipt and uploaded on the dashboard panel website. I was able to do 2 packages and I have all the photo, receipts and documented all evidence. On my 3 day on September 10, I did not receive any more packages and I am still logged in on the website and earlier this morning on September 11 and I could not log in to the website anymore. So, I was able to contact the bank to restrict and close my account and protect my identity so I can still open a new account and the scammer should not be able to use my Identity to create an account in any banks. Will also try to contact Social Security to Protect my Identity and will change all usernames and passwords for all my social media and everything.
