Description
I saw a video through TikTok showing me hoodies. I wanted to buy 2 of them through the link the video sent me too. Apparently there was a sale and the hoodie went from $140 to $35 so it was a steal. I bought it and it took a month to deliver. When it arrived it did not look like the promised hoodie at all. I asked for a refund and it told me that “effective immediately they were no longer doing refunds”. I went back to their website and the refund policy was still in effect even though they said it wasn’t and I checked their terms of service and they didn’t have there locations or phone number to contact info.
