An advertisement using an AI generated push by Dr. Sanja Gupta to sell a memory enhancement natural drug was very convincing and in my opinion, very appealing to many of us seniors who feel as if our memory is fading. I ordered this drug on Sept.2, 2025 and realized this was a mistake early the next day. I wrote the company an e-mail and said I would like to cancel less than 16 hours after I ordered it. The reply told me to wait until I received it and I could send it back according to their instructions. The Neurocept bottles (3) arrived yesterday and I called the number I supplied to you earlier and was given a runaround before the person hung up on me. I mailed the bottles back to the address from which they came today. The phone number of their support is in New Castle, Delaware. I believe they also shared my e-mail address because I am being inundated from other companies wanting to sell me health supplements. Please stop this activity which preys on the elderly and people who can ill afford to lose their savings. Thank you.
