Description
They start by saying they are from Lane Bryant. After placed an order, my credit card was charged from Picernmallvsilky a/k/a Golauients and the order never showed up. They said they would re-send. Again, it never showed up. They said it was delivered, I asked for the confirmation #, they use their own delivery service. They wanted to refund me 70%. I said No, I indicated they kept 100% of my money. They agreed to credit me for $42.17. They said it would take 15-25 days. We are at approximately 60 days. And still no Credit to my card. I have reached out multiple times and only get the same pre-generated email to be patient!!! They said a generated letter telling me to continue to be patient.
