Description

I kept getting adds on Facebook for sweatshirts with Dachshunds on them. I love them and finally purchased one (Tracking number ******************). It was $25 and change plus shipping to a total of $32.38. I didn't realize this was coming from China at the time. I buy a lot of sweatshirts and love all things Dachshunds so had no clue a Chinese company would be aware of these facts. I guess this is due to our cell phones eavesdropping on what we shop, like and discuss. That alone should be against the law...in fact, thought it was...you know invasion of privacy and all. Anyway, when it took forever to receive the product I realized it was China. I finally get the package after close to a month. I opened the package and noticed right away the shirt was not as portrayed in the ad. It was not jersey material or regular cotton material, it was some very shiny material. No idea what it was. The dog was cute done in fall colors, but when I tried it on, it was too snug. Their sizes typically run small. I reached out and they offered me $2 as "compensation" as they call it. And told me how sorry they were. I then forwarded them a copy of their refund policy and they advised me to send the package, at my expense, to: 16th Zhangbaer Road, Ducheng Subdistrict 710065 Yanta District, Xi'an, Shaanxi, China Please note this address in China is the same address in at least one other complaint on this tracking website. I am taking the package to the post office to see what it will cost to ship back. This is the second time I've been scammed by a Chinese business, the first one presented themselves as an Irish business and the product shopped from Ireland but when I asked to return it because was extremely small, I was given this same address to return it to. It looks like this Chiness address is nothing but a bunch of scammers taking money from U.S. citizens. Their email is below: In response to your concerns, our return address is: 16th Zhangbaer Road, Ducheng Subdistrict 710065 Yanta District, Xi'an, Shaanxi, China We guarantee the full reimbursement if you provide the following valid details of your returned parcel: 1. Tracking Number (via screenshot or photo) 2. A picture of your returned package displaying our warehouse address 3. Ensure the item is securely packaged to maintain usability upon its arrival at our warehouse; otherwise, an amount may be deducted from your refund to cover any resulting damage. Kindly note that you will be subject to the shipping expenses in returning the order to us. But, if later you feel that the shipping charge is too high, and not worth it, you can keep the product, and the compensation we offered can still be made. Yours Sincerely, Customer Service Team
