I was informed in the past that Dublin Helping Hands Inc ("DHH") charged my health insurance company with wound dressing kits. I complained several months ago to my insurance company reporting a scam by DHH while, apparently, DHH was using my personal and insurance information. Only recently my insurance company sent me a letter dated 9/1/25 which stated that they "cannot cover health care services or items by Dublin Helping Hand Inc as of 01/01/224 because they have been placed on Medicare "Exclusion List" by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)." I would suggest that any insurance company still being billed by DHH after 01/01/2024 shall be reminded about the CMS Exclusion List. Current DHH standing in CA Dept of State remains "Good" which only proves that the federal consumer protection is non-existent.
