After seeing an advertisement on Instagram, like many others described on TrustPilot, I submitted a one time order of NAD+ Nicotinamide Riboside Cata Nutra™. Suprise to me, I suddenly recieved a recurring, monthly charge and product. When reaching out to their email info @ catanutra . com, to inform them I only bought one bottle and never signed up for a subscription, their response came two days following my initial inquiry, and essentially belittled me in saying "I completely understand how subscriptions can sometimes feel confusing, so I’d like to clarify how it was set up and also share a little more about the product you’re receiving." This is infuriating because like many others have stated on TrustPilot, I never clicked any box implying I would like a monthly subscription. I then responded to the email as following: "While I never signed up for a recurring subscription to Cata Nutra NAD+ Nicotinamide Riboside Cata Nutra™ × 1, I have experienced recurring charges and recieved the product. I did NOT click a box for a subscription yet am being charged as if I did. Please cease and eliminate this subscription and charges." To which they replied "I completely understand if you’d like to make changes to your subscription—or even cancel it—but I just wanted to check in first. Was there something about the product that didn’t quite work for you?" Which was the straw that broke the camels back as it's borderline harassment in addition to overt theft at this point. In response, I provided the same email with "Please cease and eliminate this subscription and charges" bold and underlined. There are MULTIPLE screenshots of the correspondence which I cannot upload individually onto BBB as it will only allow ONE upload. This said I screenshot all the screenshots and attached. Believe all the negative reviews on trust pilot as cata nutra will absolutely scam you.
