Description
The office I work at was called last month from a company who said the toner on our Ricoh commercial printer would be increasing in price and they wanted to know if they wanted to know if we wanted a toner sent to us at our current price before the increase took place. They had our printer information, so I said yes. We DID receive a toner along with a ridiculously high bill charging $529 .90 for one toner (which normally cost $70) along with a charge of $29.95 for shipping. Our IT department instructed me to contact the company to return the item. The customer service identified as David Blake instructed me to mail the package back to the address in a secure box and we would not be charged. No credit card information was provided to the Warehouse Supply, which operates out of the UPS store in Superior, CO. I checked this company out and several other businesses had almost identical stories from this "supplier." We did not pay the outrageous bill and shipped the toner back. I'll give it to them, they were very sneaky and I didn't even question them calling to let us know about the price increase and asking if we wanted to order a toner at the price we have been paying since they had our info about the printer.
