I saw on facebook an all narltural weight loss made from 4 natural ingredients (pink salt, green tea extract). It had a podcast with Oprah Winfrey about this wonderful product. It was Lipomax. I orderedvit and when I received it the ingredients listed were not all what was said on the facebook podcast or site. I called immediately for a return was told I will get a full refund once tgey received the products back. I shipped them back costing me an additional 14.40 on 8/9/25. They received on 8/15 . I called to confirm they received it and it took 6 calls to finally confirm they received it and was told they would credit my card that was on 8/15 it would take 7-10 days. Followed up on 8/27 and was told they are processing the refund now. Followed up on 8/28 had 2 different call center people hang up on me. Called back on 8/29 was told it was processed and I will have the credit in my account depending on how long it takes my financial institution. My financial institution has not received any credit. From Pandacart or 4unature. I have sent several emails and those get the same unhelpful response as my calls.
