Mooncool three wheel electric bike ordered via Ebay did not work. Ebay issued a packing slip. Bike was packed in the box it came in, picked up by UPS. delivered it to Delivered On Monday, December 30 at 9:57 A.M. at Dock TRACKING #1ZE0034C0308473763 Warehouse (San Dimas, CA): 834 W Cienega Ave Ste 6, San Dimas, CA 91773, United States. This is listed as their U.S. warehouse where orders will be shipped from. Two family members issued affidavits, the bike was packed in the box it came in, UPS picked up the box and delivered it to address on label issued by Ebay. Mooncool refuses to return the money. They have the bike and the money.
