I purchased through Facebook via Shop.app on March 8th, 2025. I started contacting the company on April 7th ([email protected]) because I checked my email and it said my order had been delivered. Multiple back and forth emails over several months and they sent me a tracking screenshot showing the order delivered to Fort Collins, Co, but I am in Berthoud, Co (two cities away). I have explained this multiple times and the most recent email suggested I check with neighbors to see if someone got my package. Of course not, it wasn't delivered to my city! They provide no other contact means than an e-mail and their website is still up and running, showing multiple 5 star reviews. This is absolutely a SCAM and they need to either refund those of us who have lost money, replace the products or BE SHUT DOWN! It's unfortunate that a company running Facebook ads and selling through a verified company like Shop.app hasn't been stopped. So many things made me believe in them, and it's all just a Scam to steal money. (Note: I couldn't move forward without inputting a phone number, but the company provides no means of contact except the email address)
