Some days ago I purchased flowers from https://www.flowersairplants.com/. They list quality flowers for less than 50% of their cost on well-known flower websites like Heirloom Roses and even use that site's flower images for their products. Heirloom no longer had the rose I needed so purchased it from them as they had it in stock, or so I thought. When the transaction was processed online, I received a transaction ID, and an Order ID. However, I never received an Order confirmation email as is the case with all legitimate online orders. Within a day or two, I saw the charge post to my bank account, but then, mysteriously, subsequently removed and disappeared. I called my bank and they could no longer 'see' it on my credit card activity page. Following the feedback from my bank, the absence of Order confirmation email, I sent an email to the merchant found on their Contact page (i.e., they list no physical address or phone number). I requested to know why I haven't received the order confirmation email, why purchase charge was posted and then removed, and what the status of my order is since I'll need to make it from a different vendor if they're a no go. The response to my email was the following: Address not found Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected] because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.
