My wife and I paid Automagic Solutions LLC $30,000 in February 2025 to operate a territory under the “Automagically Clean” brand in San Diego. According to our signed agreement, they were contractually obligated to fully set up a cleaning business in our territory within 90 days of the service start date (March 3, 2025). As of today (August 11, 2025), no business setup has occurred, and we have received no deliverables. They were required to: Hire contractors and a virtual area manager Set up CRM, website, social media, and communication systems Launch ad campaigns and provide lead routing Deliver onboarding documentation and client support Despite repeated emails and requests for a live call, the company has gone completely silent. We have been told “a call is coming” but never receive a link or reply. We have also been charged monthly by their partner company, Epic Vision, despite receiving no services and no contact. We have found multiple other reports online (via Trustpilot and Reddit) describing identical experiences, where clients were promised business setup and received nothing. We believe this company may be engaging in fraudulent practices by taking large upfront payments, failing to deliver services, and refusing communication. We request an immediate investigation and any legal remedies available to recover our funds and prevent others from being scammed.
