I ordered a purse from this website and received it. Upon seeing the purse, it was very low quality and cheaply made so I decided to initiate a refund by contacting the company via email. I asked them for the address since they said that they will not cover the cost of returning the item. It took three attempts communicating back and forth for them to finally give me the return address, as they kept offering me a small percentage of a refund to avoid returning it fully. Once I got the address, I immediately shipped it out because I have to return the item within 14 days. They asked me to send pictures of the tracking number, a copy of the receipt for shipping, and a picture of the shipping label with the address they gave me. I went to check to see if the item was received in USPS and it said the item was being returned back to me because the delivery was refused, and the address was vacant. I disputed the charge on my credit card and I let the company know that this is fraudulent and they are just trying to take my money.
