I ordered an EMS foot pad and it came with a return policiy that if it did not benefit your drop foot (caused by stroke, MS, or other CNS problem), you could return it and receive a refund. Mine just stopped working one day. I couldnt charge it. Nothing. i reached out to the company and they said I had fallen outside of the return policy which was never spelled out to guarantee a product will only *function* during that time period. The company is preying upon the hopes and desperations of disabled people with cheaply made and faulty products. I am disabled and am on a fixed income; I simply cannot afford to buy a new product that last only a few weeks. The company is called Restural. https://restural.com/products/ems
